The experience you’re looking for — at the speed of light

I deliver value quickly because I don’t want to waste your time, and because I enjoy getting the job done.

With a fixed monthly price, you get a dedicated email address where you can submit issues and feature requests. You can share your project board with me — or I’ll provide one for you — and we’ll iterate together.

No need for video calls, daily stand-ups, or complicated meetings. After an initial introductory call, everything happens asynchronously — and we let the magic happen.

Project management doesn’t need to be complicated: based on your needs I can supply a project board, or you may share your own. We’ll prioritize and split tasks in a way that optimizes for a short feedback loop and rapid validation.

I don’t believe in fixed project sizing or upfront estimation. Your product evolves through an endless series of iterations — each bringing new knowledge and value. From my experience, hourly billing rarely produces the desired outcome for both sides.

FAQ

> How much can I push through this pipeline?
Unlimited. Anything not completed in the first month will roll over to the next.

> How many hours will you work for me?
I don’t bill by the hour — I know that’s common, but in practice it doesn’t deliver consistent value. My goal is to deliver high-value, functional work — I’ll find the right solution for your needs.

> How many tasks will you deliver per week?
Tasks vary in complexity depending on where we are in development (prototyping, stabilization, etc.). Typically, you’ll get one “deliverable” shipped per week, along with regular updates and progress reports — because keeping you informed is a priority.

> I spend days in meetings — how can I explain complex tasks to you?
You can record a short video and attach it to a GitHub issue or email. Worst case, we can have a chat. I’ve worked with thousands of developers worldwide, and I’ve spent over seven years working full-time from Italy for Silicon Valley startups. Let me show you a better way to get things done.

> What happens if you don’t deliver what I expected?
Development is iterative. It’s possible that the idea you had today won’t resonate with you or your users after the first iteration — that’s fine. I don’t bill for “lessons learned.” I’ll keep working until you’re satisfied.

> Why not just hire a full-time employee?
A full-time Site Reliability or DevOps engineer can cost around 180 000 USD per year — plus overhead, setup time, monitoring tools, and training. With this subscription you pay only a fraction of that cost, but get someone with years of hands-on experience who can guide you in the right direction from the start.
